Dedicated to the field of human services, Cynthia Grguric doesn't believe in working with people just to make them feel better. Feeling better is a short-term fix. What transform people's lives is empowering them at building - building their  relationships, life purpose, meaning in the challenges and most importantly building themselves.  Cynthia works internationally and nationally providing sessions in one of her two office locations or privacy secure face time or telephonic sessions on relationship, gender violence, depression, anxiety, military, conflict,  trauma and life/work balance issues.  She also provides onsite consult and workshops on cultural diversity, expat adjustment, and dealing with the anxieties of the new world of terrorism and uncertainty.

Cynthia explores individual purpose, meaning in crisis/challenges, and actionable steps toward healthy relationships, work-life balance, and self concept through the meaningful questions of:
  • What is my purpose? How can I bring purpose to this crisis or trauma?
  • Why does my life continue to repeat the same cycles?
  • How do I cope with this crisis, challenge?

"People of different religions and cultures live side by side in almost every part of the world, and most of us have overlapping identities which unite us with very different groups. We can love what we are, without hating what – and who – we are not. We can thrive in our own tradition, even as we learn from others, and come to respect their teachings." —Kofi Annan, Former Secretary-General of the United Nations
